If you are purchasing a completed home or one that's already underway and can pay cash, first I congratulate you!  However, there is no transactional advantage in paying cash, as funds come to me the same way at closing regardless of whether you are purchasing with cash or by loan.

However, if I am custom building for you and you wish to fund my construction process with cash, then yes, I do offer a 1% discount on the Purchase Price of your home in lieu of my having to secure private funding.  Be sure to let me know of your ability to pursue this option as discussions develop regarding your project.  | jC
