Q: Do you only build on your lots, or will you build on our land?
I consider off-site building on a case-by-case basis.  Factors I consider are:

  1. Scope and scale of the project
  2. Proximity of your project to my current projects underway
  3. Current project-load as it relates to your desired schedule

Many people ask this question initially, thinking that "an acre or two just outside of town" is easy to come by.  However, these kinds of lots are not as abundant as many expect, nor are such parcels always immediately buildable.  They often lack reasonable and affordable access to reliable utilities and sometimes require re-zoning, which can be expensive and time-consuming.

If you are seeking such a property, it's generally outside of my scope of work to assist you in locating the property.  However, should you find one that might be a good fit, feel free to reach out to inquire about collaborating on your new home.

If finding land like that doesn't sound like your cup of tea, check out my current Jeff Click Design I Build communities.  Each community-specific page will include a list of lots I have available within the development, though that list may not be fully inclusive of everything I have access to.  When in doubt, reach out and ask!  | jC
