Known historically as "Bath Second East View" addition, "NE16" is the re-imagination of a renowned block of inner-OKC located on just 2 blocks west of Martin Luther King, between N Missouri Ave and N Kelham Ave.
This infill redevelopment effort originated with the Oklahoma City Urban Renewal Authority, the leading public redevelopment agency of Oklahoma City. It is charged with the revitalization of the City's urban neighborhoods and the enhancement of quality of life. The project was awarded by OCURA to "NE16 Development, LLC", who has commissioned the construction of up to 8 modern-styled homes through Jeff Click Design | Build, LLC.
Lots are scattered through the block, many of which have considerably large, mature trees, creating a scenic enhancement to the modern home designs being built here. All major utilities are in existence on site, including OKC Water & Trash, OG&E Electric, and Oklahoma Natural Gas.
