Over the years, I've had numerous requests to build in other places besides NW OKC & Edmond, and my answer has always been a respectful, "I'm sorry, but no." I've been focused on one specific area of town where I've built my entire career introducing contemporary and modern design to the northern suburbs of OKC.

After researching the development and its future phases, I believe this is a superb development to introduce the Piedmont/Yukon area to the modern and contemporary new homes built by Jeff Click Homes.
Northwood Village is comprised of 3 lot types:
- Villa Lots: home sites with a minimum square footage of 1500sf.
- Estate Lots: home sites with a minimum square footage of 1900sf.
- Manor Lots: home sites with a minimum square footage of 2300sf.
Each lot type carries a higher price, as the lot is larger. Jeff Click Homes will enter Phase 1 with a mix of these lots, which are listed below. Simply click on a lot and more information will load specific to the lot, including suggested plans for the respective lot.
