Custom-designed and built for my parents in 2004, this home situates in the quiet southeast corner of Rose Creek, just two blocks from the community's acclaimed aquatic and fitness center. A unique quad-level custom home, it's beautifully situated on a corner lot at the top of the famous-for-many-reasons Kinross Circle cul-de-sac Its facade is adorned with a rich, warm palette of taupe brick, white stone, and painting details in varying shades of coordinated grey.

Just inside its custom iron double-door, elevated entry, you're greeted with a grand view through the formal living room to a two-story wall of windows looking straight into the patio pool with waterfall and horse-shoe covered patio. Down just a few steps into the lower level, the first story includes the aforementioned formal living with stone columns and gas log fireplace, powder bath, a kitchen that opens to a sunny great room, large pantry and utility room, and of course, the downstairs master suite.

The master suite is perhaps one of the largest in the community, as it not only is crowned with high, vaulted ceilings but also includes a 3-sided gas log fireplace dividing the main area from a private master living room, perfect for cosy pre-bedtime TV viewing. The suite also includes double-door access directly to the covered patio and pool. The master bath is dripping with luxury, including a tiered platform adorned with marble and a sunken whirlpool tub. The radius-shaped shower is also an eye-catcher, with separate sinks, closets, and make-up vanity. There's even a "secret room" accessible from one of the closets, which is a space underneath the mid-level study above.

Just up a few steps from the entry is the mid-level study, with its grand windowed view over here front lawn. The room's vaulted and trimmed ceilings make for an impressive visual, complementing the hardwood floors and decorative trim. Further up the stairway, you pass another of the home's unique secret features...the bookcase that also serves as a doorway to the vast attic storage. The landing also provides a grand view to the foyer and to the formal living, with its full view to the patio pool.

The upstairs doesn't disappoint; it boasts 3 full-sized bedrooms. One bedroom includes its own bathroom with shower, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom that's accessible from the hallway. But enough about the bedrooms. Let's talk about the amazing theater/rec room, complete with fully tiered floor design to provide optimal viewing of the screen. It even has its own poker room right off of the main room, as well as an impressively large wet bar/kitchenette with island and full-size fridge space.

At the end of the hall is a room whose design gained so much envy that it was published in a feature article in the Oklahoman Real Estate section, which the original owner called "The Craft Room." This isn't an ordinary room...it spans the entirety of the over-sized 3-car garage directly beneath it and includes an entertainment cabinet and walk-in closet space. Technically this could serve as an additional bedroom or playroom as well, so it's an embellishment for which even the most pragmatic can easily find a rationale.

Technical features worth noting in the home include a multi-zoned HVAC system, dual hot water tanks, water softening system, and HAI Omni Pro security system. The home is also wired with numerous in-ceiling speakers should the future homeowner wish to complete the system for a fully-zoned audio system. The kitchen is equipped with Kitchen Aid appliances, including 2 built-in ovens, microwave, range in the island with downdraft ventilation, and architectural-sized, built-in refrigerator and freezer which stays with the home.

Exterior features beyond the pool include a full irrigation system that serves the 2-tiered landscape with fescue lawn, brick and stone retaining wall and partially-bricked fencing. Located off of the garage is a convenient brick-and-fence enclosure for HVAC equipment and trash cans, just feet from the curb for taking the trash out.
