The word "aliyah" roots from the meaning, "rising, ascending" This house is called the Aliyah (pronounced AH-lee-ah) mainly because of its upper living/entertaining spaces.

The most exciting feature on this design is that we were able to incorporate some new features into the exterior that mimic the clean modern look that we are known for on the interior of our homes. Some of those features include a forward facing "party deck" over the garage, parapet wall on the front bedroom that gives the illusion of a flat roof design, and a mixed use of materials including brick, stone, and lap siding.
